Choosing a Wedding Hair Style

Wedding party hair feastervilleChoosing the best hairstyle for your Wedding Day can be overwhelming.  My best advice to you is not to over think it too much.  Remember who you are and what look you want to achieve based on your dress,  the time of the year and the venue. It’s best to schedule a trial appointment so you can have a visual.

If you can also schedule a fitting for your gown right after your trial, that is ideal.  Nothing like seeing the whole look from head to toe to really feel confidant on the final look.  My advice is to bring any hair jewelry or veil you may be wearing, along with any hair extensions if needed.  Remember to incorporate the style of your dress into the hairstyle.  If your dress is vintage or lace, a classic chignon or up sweep is best.  If you have more of a romantic flowing dress, soft curls or half up works well.

If your dress has a sexier or edgier feel, a slick back or high bun are some choices.  Bringing a picture with you is helps tremendously,  along with a photo of your dress.  Don’t forget that a trial is the time to speak up and communicate your thoughts and opinions.  Be honest and open and don’t be afraid to say if you don’t like something or want to change any part of the style.

My job is to make your whole look come together with the perfect hair style.  I welcome all the feedback I can get from you to ensure I understand who you are and how you want to look to your future husband and guests.  Together we can make an overwhelming decision fun and easy and that will surely make your Wedding Day run smooth and have you look your most beautiful self.
